BREATH OF WATER | THE ALBUM Will be released on March 22, 2026. The album will be available as a limited and numbered vinyl edition, conceived as a collector’s item. Vinyl pre-order available: staff@cniunite.com

Breath of Water is the result of a three-year creative journey and represents a further step in Andrea Vettoretti’s artistic exploration of water as a living presence rather than a simple natural resource. Through this album, water is conceived as an active, breathing element, capable of shaping sound, emotion and awareness. The musical language of Breath of Water belongs to the New Classical World, a distinctive trait of Andrea Vettoretti’s work, here expressed in an intimate and essential form. The compositions reflect a personal and refined writing style, where melody, silence and texture coexist naturally. This album completes a conceptual trilogy that began with Rain and continued with Quantum One: three projects connected by a shared vision of sustainability, each explored through different elements and perspectives. Breath of Water stands as the third chapter of this journey, reaffirming a coherent artistic path rooted in sensitivity, responsibility and a deep connection with the natural world.

THE PROJECT
Breath of Water is a musical project by Andrea Vettoretti inspired by water as a living presence: fluid, powerful, fragile and essential. The music invites the listener into an immersive listening experience, where sound flows like water itself — sometimes intimate and delicate, sometimes deep and resonant. Born from Vettoretti’s compositional sensitivity, Breath of Water explores the relationship between music, nature and awareness, transforming listening into a space of reflection and connection.

ORIGIN & VISION
Breath of Water was created in collaboration with the Global Network of Water Museums, an international network that brings together water museums, institutions and cultural organizations worldwide. The project is rooted in a shared vision that considers water as a living cultural and environmental heritage. More than 30 countries contributed original water sounds to the project, recorded in oceans, rivers, waterfalls and aquatic landscapes. These sounds were integrated into the album as authentic sonic elements, shaping a collective and global listening experience that reflects the diversity of water cultures around the world. Andrea Vettoretti is Ambassador of the Global Network of Water Museums, and through Breath of Water he contributes to the network’s mission of raising awareness about water, sustainability and environmental responsibility. The project conveys a unified artistic vision and a message of respect, connection and shared responsibility toward this vital element of life on our planet.

A GLOBAL COLLABORATION
Breath of Water was created in collaboration with the Global Network of Water Museums. The project would not have been possible without the generosity, vision and commitment of the network and all the professionals, institutions and museums involved. Their contribution made it possible to bring together water sounds from different cultures, landscapes and traditions, shaping a shared and truly global artistic experience.
